Hello Muses! We are continuing on with our December inspiration with a Ribbonista hop that is bursting with handmade gift inspiration.
Here is the blog roll:
Leave some love along the way and you’ll be entered for a chance to win three spools of ribbon!
Snow globes and terrariums are all the craze right now. I couldn’t believe how easy they are to make.
A recycled canning jar, a few bottle brushes and some ribbon. That’s it. I added some glitter inside because I like shiny things.
The sparkly bead trim is also a May Arts beauty. I use it quite it a bit. For my “skirt”, I used eyelet trim. I ran it through my sewing machine to create the shirring then hid the unsightly seam with the red diagonal stripe ribbon.
I used some goodies from the mixed media color kits by Gauche Alchemy as my tree toppers. They are so full of little bits and bobs for those perfect finishing touches.
Be sure to head on to Charlene’s blog for more inspiraton!
